Hamel Realty was founded in 2013 by Rob and Jen Hamel as they began their journey into the world of Real Estate — combining hands-on experience with a people-first approach.

Rob brings decades of residential construction knowledge to the table, with extensive experience in concrete foundations, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior finishing, and landscaping. In other words, he doesn’t just sell homes — he understands them from the ground up. His construction background gives clients a practical edge when evaluating properties, spotting potential concerns, and understanding true value.

Jen complements that expertise with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a natural ability to keep every moving piece running smoothly behind the scenes. Together, their strengths create a balanced, client-focused experience built on transparency, professionalism, and trust.

Today, Hamel Realty is known for its honest advice, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to delivering results without pressure. Rob and Jen believe real estate is more than transactions — it’s about relationships, reputation, and doing the right thing every time.
